How can I bypass the online Microsoft account when setting up my new laptop with Windows 11 Home?

1. Turn on the laptop.
2. DO NOT CONNECT IT TO THE INTERNET (Ethernet or WIFI).
3. At the first screen {SHIFT + F10} or {SHIFT + FN + F10} to access Command Prompt.
4. Enter oobe\bypassnro (no spaces) on the command line and hit enter. Computer should restart at this point. After it restarts continue to step 5.
5. At the first screen {SHIFT + F10} or {SHIFT + FN + F10} to access Command Prompt again.
6. Enter ipconfig /release on the command line and hit enter.
7. Enter exit on the command line to close the Command Prompt.
8. Continue the rest of setup as normal, but stop at the "Lets connect you to a network" window.
9. Click "I don't have internet".
10. Click "Continue with limited setup".
11. Continue with the rest of the setup.
